You can leave the Fields Of Gold Festival site at any time during the day, however you will not be allowed to re-enter the festival site once you have left.

Fields Of Gold 2022 will comply with Government guidance/requirements at the time of the event.

Fields Of Gold Festival welcomes everybody to Ashton Cricket Club. All access routes are disabled / wheelchair accessible and we do have a specific accessible toilet on site. Please note that Fields Of Gold Festival is predominantly a grass event. Yes, camping style chairs are allowed on site however the Fields Of Gold Management Team reserve the right to refuse further camping chairs at any time throughout the event if in their opinion additional chairs may lead to a public safety issue.

Yes! Our festival site is predominantly grass so please wear suitable footwear to the festival and be sure to keep your eye on the weather

Small bags will be permitted into the festival. Please note that they will be fully searched upon entry, and anything found that is prohibited will not be allowed on site and may be confiscated. You may be refused entry if trying to bring prohibited items into the festival site.

No. We will accept cash at our bars and concessions but we are encouraging card payments if possible therefore there will be no cash machine on site.

Fields Of Gold Festival tickets will be on sale on the day of the event if tickets remain. However, due to licencing constraints, there will be no tickets available to buy on the gate and all available ticket sales will be online only.

No, all animals are prohibited from the Fields Of Gold Festival Site. Exceptions will be made for the use of guide dogs.

There are hotels within walking distance of the festival site and several nearby which are either on bus routes or close enough to travel to the site by taxi. All tickets and ad-ons purchased from the Fields Of Gold Festival website, and/or any of our accredited ticket partners, cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased unless the event is cancelled.

The organisers cannot be held liable for any tickets lost, damaged or stolen. Damaged, altered or defaced tickets may be invalidated.
Tickets are purchased for the event ‘Fields Of Gold Festival’ and not for a specific artist, band, performer or act. Schedules and line-ups are subject to cancellation or change.

The organisers cannot be held responsible for the non-appearance of artists through no fault of their own.

If the event is postponed the management will honour the ticket for the re-scheduled performance and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to make arrangements for the re-scheduled time/date.

If the event is cancelled the organisers will refund the full ticket price but not including any out of pocket expenses.

Tickets are not transferable and may not be offered for sale without the prior written permission of the organisers. Any tickets that are transferred are transferred subject to these conditions of entry. Any tickets offered for sale may be confiscated by authorised personnel.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the grounds, or to eject from the grounds, any person who has transferred his/her ticket, and/or the original holder of the ticket in contravention of the relevant ticket terms and conditions.

Tickets remain the property of the organisers at all times.

“material” means any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data.

A claim must be made at least 28 days before the date of the event & is subject to availability. To ake a claim email with the documentation requested
